As feared hangover definitely making it's presence felt this morning. So decide my second attempt at the Avon Timberland Trail would help.
Good news didn't get lost in 50 acre wood, bad news I did discover the last section of it, bit too bouldery for my skill level I think, still got the blood flowing.
