Yesterday went for a ride through Leigh Woods and took an interesting looking path that soon turned in to a river of mud. OK this was fun going down but less so when I tried to go back up it - much to the amusement of the two deer I encountered. Then this afternoon thanks to the recent weather and a herd of incontinent cows a walk to the Tortworth Chestnut (a BIG tree) turned into a mud bath.
So that was two days running I had a cold shower in the garden - at least today I could turn the hose on the kids first :-)
