Like many others I've played and been impressed by Google Maps but Google Earth looks even more fun although I don't think I have the patience to go through all this (albeit clever) rigmarole to make a flight movie, however cool they look.
Another site of geeky interest is Xmail Hard Drive , another "use gmail as a remote drive app" but this time with a difference it isn't tied to windows. I haven't tried it, the thought of the grief I'd get from Nick for entering username & password in to any old site, just isn't worth it.
